The first 2026 concert of the Friends of Music & the Arts Series is coming up soon! Charles Frost, organist and conductor, and Lucy Owen Hoyt, lyric soprano, will bring together their love of music in a program celebrating African American composers and spirituals.

Versatile musicians will present an afternoon concert in the Parish Hall of St. John in the Wilderness on Sunday, November 16, at 4:00pm.

St. John in the Wilderness will offer our annual Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 4:00pm in the new Wilderness Chapel located on the Trails of St. John behind the Parish Hall at 1905 Greenville Highway. Furry and feathered companions are invited to this special service to receive a blessing. All domestic animals are welcome!
