Choir
Our Adult Choir rehearses at 6:45 PM on Wednesdays and sings at the 11:00 AM Sunday service.
Opportunities for Fellowship
During the year we have a number of parish suppers which provide a wonderful way to meet our St. John family. In the spring and summer, refreshments are served outside the Church, weather permitting.
Episcopal Church Women (ECW)
This national organization gives the ladies of our parish an opportunity for fellowship, worship and outreach opportunities. They have five meetings during the year plus occasional fund raisers.
Men of St.John
All men of the parish are automatically members and no dues are expected. This is a service group that provides varied assistance at parish functions. They meet six times a year, monthly, on the third Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. (light dinner followed by guest speakers on various topics of current interest). An additional four times a year are fellowship get-togethers. Between services, (first Sunday of each month), "The Chefs of St. John" provide an excellent breakfast in the Parish Hall.
Opportunities for Service
Like any active church, we are blessed with numerous committees which not only offer opportunities for service, but also for fellowship. Without them we could not function.
